Correct signs proving the meaning and convention
Division:
- Correct sign proving the meaning དོན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས།
- Correct sign proving the convention ཐ་སྙད་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས།
དོན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་དང་ཐ་སྙད་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་གཉིས་སྤྱིར་མི་འགལ་ཡང་། བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་གཅིག་ལ་ལྟོས་ནས་འགལ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ།
Although correct signs proving the meaning and correct signs proving the convention are not mutually exclusive in general, they are mutually exclusive in relation to a single probandum because:
- If it is a correct sign proving the meaning in the proof of that, then it is necessarily a correct sign proving only the meaning in the proof of that; and
དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དོན་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་ཡིན་ན། དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་དོན་འབའ་ཞིག་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་ཡིན་དགོས། - If it is a correct sign proving the convention in the proof of that, it is necessarily a correct sign proving only the convention in the proof of that.
དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཐ་སྙད་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་ཡིན་ན། དེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་ཐ་སྙད་འབའ་ཞིག་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྟགས་ཡང་དག་ཡིན་དགོས་པའི་ཕྱིར།
