The forty-six secondary vows

སྦྱིན་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་བདུན།

ཟང་ཟིང་གི་སྦྱིན་པ་གཏོང་བའི་འདོད་འདུན་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གཉིས།
- Not making offerings to the three jewels
- Following desirous minds
མི་འཇིགས་པའི་སྦྱིན་པ་གཏོང་བའི་འདོད་འདུན་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གཉིས།
- Not showing respect to elders
- Not answering those who ask questions
སྦྱིན་པའི་ཕར་ཕྱིན་སྐྱེད་པ་དང་ཉམས་ལེན་གྱི་རྐྱེན་མི་བྱེད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གཉིས།
- Not accepting when invited as a guest
- Not accepting material gifts
ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་གཏོང་བའི་འདོད་འདུན་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གཅིག
- Not giving the Dharma to those who wish to learn

ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་དགུ།

བསམ་བློ་གཏོང་གཞི་དེ་གཙོ་བོ་གཞན་ཡིན་པའི་གནས་སྟངས་ཀྱི་ཉེས་བྱས་བཞི།
- Ignoring those with shattered ethics
- Not upholding moral training for the sake of others' faith
- Being petty when it concerns the welfare of others
- Not committing a destructive action when love and compassion call for it
སོ་སོ་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གནས་སྟངས་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གསུམ།
- Earning our living through a wrong livelihood
- Becoming excited and flying off to some frivolous activity
- Intending only to wander in samsara
རང་གཞན་གཉིས་ཀ་དང་འབྲེལ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གཉིས།
- Not ridding ourselves of behaviour that causes us to fall to ill-repute
- Not redressing those who act with disturbing emotions and attitudes

བཟོད་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བསླབ་བྱར་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་བཞི།

བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བསླབ་བྱར་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གསུམ།

བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བསླབ་བྱར་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་གསུམ།

ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་བསླབ་བྱར་གནོད་པའི་ཉེས་བྱས་བརྒྱད།

གཞན་ལ་ཕན་འདོགས་པ་དང་འགལ་བའི་ཉེས་བྱས་བཅུ་གཉིས།
